How To Get There

Event entrance is at 19 Bridgewater St, Brooklyn, NY 11222.

  • Directions for GA and VIP ticket holders will be located at the intersection of Stewart Ave and Meeker Ave.
  • The best way to get to Under the K Bridge Park is via public transit on MTA Subway (G Train to Nassau Ave or L Train to Graham Ave) or MTA Bus on the B24 Line to Cherry St/Vandervoort Av Stop. This is subject to change so please check the latest MTA updates on MTA.com.
  • Rideshare drop off and pick up is also located at 19 Bridgewater St, Brooklyn, NY 11222. (Please enter this address for your rideshare destination).
  • There is no parking at the venue or on the residential streets near the venue. For your own convenience, please do not plan to drive and park.
  • For ADA ticket holders, please refer to the ADA accommodations section for entry and rideshare drop-off point.

Ticket Info

Download the AXS Mobile app and login to your account before you arrive at the venue for seamless entry.

  • GA ticket holders can receive assistance at GA ticket resolution, VIP ticket holders can receive assistance at VIP box / Guest List box office.
  • Tickets will not be for sale at the box office. Online sales prior to arrival are encouraged.
  • No re-entry after exit.
  • We are not affiliated with any 3rd party ticket platforms (Ex: Stubhub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeak, etc.). If you are unable to find your ticket in the AXS app, please visit the Ticket Resolution box office next to the GA entrance for assistance.
  • Ticket resolution box offices close 45 minutes after the headliner goes on.

GA Ticket Holders

  • If you have purchased GA tickets, please follow the GA entrance path and only enter through the GA main gate on Gardner Ave and Thomas St as listed on the site map.
  • Please note: You will NOT be able to enter through the VIP entrance on Stewart Ave without a VIP ticket.
  • You get access to:
    • Entry into the event and all GA areas.

VIP Ticket Holders

  • If you have purchased VIP tickets, please follow the VIP entrance path and enter through the VIP gate on Stewart Ave and Thomas St as listed on the site map.
  • You get access to:
    • Premium up-close VIP viewing area of the main stage.
    • Dedicated VIP entry lane for fast access into the venue.
    • Lounge area with dedicated bars, premium restroom trailers, and picnic seating.

Quick Pass

Quick Pass Entry is available near the main entrance located on Gardner Ave. You must have a Quick Pass ticket to accompany your GA ticket for the event to enter through this gate. Quick Pass tickets are available for purchase at this gate on show days.

Bag Policy

  • The maximum allowable bag size is 16″ x 16″ x 8″ which means that most small soft-sided bags and purses are allowed. Hard-sided containers including coolers, briefcases and ice chests are prohibited.
  • All persons, bags, and other items may be subject to security screening. We reserve the right to not allow any bag or other personal item to be brought into the venue. Any unattended bag or object will be dealt with in such a way as we consider appropriate.
  • There will be no bag or coat check available on site. However, a limited quantity of lockers will be available to reserve on site on a first come first serve basis.

Please Note

  • Laptops and iPads are permitted into the venue but must be stored in a bag while on site.
  • Empty, plastic water bottles are allowed and will be inspected at the gate.

Lockers

Secure e-lockers are available at the venue and can be booked in advance for a smooth arrival and exit.

    • Select your preferred locker size
    • Fulfill payment
    • You will immediately receive your locker number and PIN in your email. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email.

    Please note: Locker availability is limited and lockers are expected to sell out for all shows, so we strongly recommend booking early.

  • Forgot your locker number or PIN?

    Check your booking confirmation email first.

    If your phone battery has died or the wrong email address was used, speak to a team member at the lockers, or Guest Services table.

    For security and privacy reasons, staff may ask questions to help identify your locker. Please be ready to describe the contents as accurately as possible.

  • Are lockers refundable?

    No, locker bookings are non-refundable.

  • I left something in my locker after the event.

    Please email info@bowerypresents.com with your locker number and a description of the items in your locker.

Weather Info

  • All shows at Under the K Bridge Park are rain or shine.
  • The majority of the venue has overhead coverage from the bridge; however, we encourage all attendees to dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
  • For your safety, umbrellas are not allowed into the venue. Ponchos are available for purchase at the Guest Services table, located next to the GA entrance.

On-Site Amenities & More Info

  • Variety of Food & Beverage Offerings (including Vegetarian options) throughout the entire venue.
  • Water Station. Cups not provided. Water bottles for purchase at merch.
  • Cash and Credit Cards Accepted. Contact-less payments are preferred.
  • No ATMs available on site.
  • Lost & Found is available at Guest Services on-site during show days only.

As part of the sustainability effort, Under the K Bridge Park is working with CUP ZERO (www.cupzero.com) to reduce single use plastics during large scale events. Please support the program by returning your cups to any point of sale, deposit bin. Exiting the park with cups is prohibited.

Accessibility / ADA

Ticket holders requesting ADA accommodations should enter through the VIP gate on Stewart Avenue and Thomas Street.

If you have any questions about medical matters or require ADA-related services, please reach out to us at info@bowerypresents.com at least 24 hours before your arrival.

One of our team members will promptly get in touch with you to address your concerns. An ADA viewing section is available near the main stage for an optimal experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding ADA accommodations once you're inside the venue: please speak to the staff member at the Guest Services table next to the GA entrance, or any of our ADA Coordinators that are wearing a pink vest!

For rideshare drop-off, please use 251 Lombardy St as the destination address.

Do you have accessible restrooms?
Yes.

I am a wheelchair user and obtained non-accessible passes. Can I use them?
Yes. Please reach out to info@bowerypresents.com to request ADA and accessibility accommodations ahead of the event date.

Medical / Prescription Medication

Your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to support you in every way possible. Highly skilled medical personnel will be stationed across the event venue, with trained EMTs ready to respond to any medical emergencies promptly.

Should you notice anyone requiring medical attention during the event, please don't hesitate to reach out to a member of our medical or security team. Your vigilance and assistance in guiding them to the medical facilities are greatly appreciated. Let's take care of each other and ensure everyone's safety and well-being throughout the event!

To ensure safety, any prescription medication you carry must be confirmed by an on-site medic before entry. Only prescriptions in their original containers, labeled with your name, will be permitted inside the venue. The medication amount should be appropriate for the event's duration. Mixed medications in unlabeled containers are prohibited.
